Job summary

Remarcable, Inc. is seeking a People Operations Generalist to run day-to-day HR operations for U.S. employees, including Rippling HRIS, onboarding, benefits and payroll inputs, and compliance. You will collaborate with our Vancouver team and report to the VP, People.

You will support employee relations, performance cycles, onboarding for new hires, and knowledge-sharing of HR policies. A strong candidate has 3–5 years in HR, startup exposure, and hands-on HRIS work.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience, including generalist/People Operations roles.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up (SaaS/tech preferred).
• Experience with Rippling HRIS and/or Payroll.
• Solid knowledge of U.S. employment law, multi-state compliance for remote employees.
• Hands-on experience administering an HRIS and analyzing HR data.

Responsibilities

• Own HR operations, data integrity, onboarding, offboarding, benefits and payroll inputs for U.S. employees.
• Provide employee relations support and policy guidance to managers and teams across functions.
• Partner with Recruiting on workforce plans, onboarding for new hires, and offboarding processes.
• Manage performance cycles, learning initiatives, and employee engagement efforts.
• Support compensation, benefits administration, and payroll coordination with Finance.
