Job summary

Partner Company seeks an experienced HR Operations professional to manage onboarding and the full employee lifecycle across Europe. The role requires delivering timely, accurate HR solutions for day-to-day queries and employment matters.

You will collaborate with Legal, Payroll, and Finance, and external partners to ensure compliant HR service delivery in a fast-paced, international environment. Remote work with CET alignment is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, or a similar client-facing HR role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices in an international environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English and German.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations across assigned European countries, including onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
• Provide timely, accurate, and customer-focused solutions for day-to-day HR queries and employment matters.
