Job summary

Remote is seeking a senior specialist to design and optimize processes for Employee Relations & Transitions across 80+ countries. You will drive automation, partner with Product and Security, and lead AI-enabled workflow initiatives with a focus on data integrity and risk management.

The role requires strong communication, cross-functional leadership, and a track record of scaling operational improvements in a tech-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building and optimizing high-volume, tech-enabled operations internationally.
• Strong data mindset with ability to translate metrics into action.
• Proven track record piloting AI-enabled workflows with quality and risk controls.
• Ability to define success metrics and drive measurable improvements.
• Bias for action with focus on operational efficiency and impact.
• Excellent written and spoken communication across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and update complex process maps, workflows, and SOPs for Employee Relations and Transitions.
• Identify automation opportunities and partner with Leadership, Lifecycle peers, and Product.
• Lead AI opportunity discovery, testing, and rollout from pilot to scale.
• Map lifecycle events for new country expansions and drive stakeholder handoffs.
• Develop and maintain dashboards with ER&T metrics and automation impact.
• Collaborate with Security, Legal, IT to ensure AI usage follows guardrails.
