Job summary

Indeed is seeking an HR Operations Associate in the United States to support employee life-cycle changes through the HRIS and assist Tier 1 inquiries. The role emphasizes attention to detail, self-direction, and collaboration with People Partners, reporting to the Global Lead, Tier 1.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of related experience and strong proficiency with MS Office and Google Docs, enabling effective data management and reporting across HR and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in MSOffice suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all global employee life-cycle changes through the HRIS - Workday Help case queue Platform.
• Manage applicable tracking spreadsheets (terminations, performance, new hires) to ensure data is up-to-date and easily accessible for HR Operations and People Partners.
• Develop knowledge of company policies & procedures to communicate guidelines when responding to daily employee inquiries.
• Run, distribute, and analyze various reports for HR and Finance teams as needed.
• Assist with HR compliance projects such as personnel file and benefit document audits, and consistent filing of personnel documentation.
