Job summary

Gen II Fund Services, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented People Operations Associate to support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee inquiries, and offboarding across a hybrid work model in the United States.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in HR, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills. Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint, UKG, and Monday.com is desired to support HR initiatives and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Business or Human Resources degree preferred.
• 2+ years prior experience in a similar HR role.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive nature and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Experience with UKG and Monday.com a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Facilitate onboarding in the HRIS system.
• Schedule and lead new hire orientation.
• Generate offboarding paperwork and maintain tracker.
• Maintain employee files.
• Manage, track, and report HR program requests.
• Assist HRBPs with introductory period tracking and follow-ups.
• Handle invoicing and quarterly reports.
• Respond to employee inquiries received in HR inboxes.
• Process HR-related mail and participate in People Ops projects.
