Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of HR generalist experience partnering with senior leadership.

• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance issues.
• Ability to provide strategic guidance and problem-solving insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Workday.
