NAPA Auto Parts, part of Genuine Parts Company, seeks an experienced People Director for the Midwest division. This is a remote role supporting the Midwest and requires travel across sites.

You will lead talent strategies, workforce planning, succession, and HR operations, partnering with senior leaders including the VP of Stores to drive business outcomes. Strong data analytics and compliance with employment laws are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years HR generalist experience partnering with senior leadership.
• Experience in talent management, compensation and HR technology.
• Strong business acumen and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
• Proven change management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to advise executives and drive HR strategy.
• Proficiency with Workday and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR and talent management strategies to align with business goals.
• Develop succession planning, upskilling, and talent pipelines.
• Partner with leadership to implement HR programs and policies.
• Analyze trends and HR metrics with peers to drive solutions.
• Ensure legal compliance and manage employee relations issues.
• Collaborate with Payroll/HRIS/Comp & Benefits as needed.
• Integrate supply chain strategies into HR practices.
