Ladders is seeking a Region Operations Director to oversee multi-location operations across a defined region, with a strong focus on execution, sales performance, and financial discipline. The role partners closely with store leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen standards, safety, and team capability.

The candidate will analyze markets, manage budgets, and coordinate with external bodies to support growth and compliance. Remote work arrangement with significant travel is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be accepted.
• Ten years in the convenience store or gasoline industry, with at least five years in management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% annually
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills

Mansioni

• Monitor and evaluate competitor pricing and market surveys to ensure competitiveness
• Review financial reports to assess cash flow, inventory, and profit margins
• Partner with departments to develop and implement promotional strategies that boost sales
• Conduct store inspections to maintain cleanliness and operational standards
