Job summary

Coach is seeking a Director of Store Labor Strategy, Performance & Workforce Management to own labor strategy, standards and execution across North America. Partner with Retail Operations and Finance to optimize scheduling, payroll forecasting and store performance with data-driven ROI focus.

You will drive cross-functional alignment, define labor buckets, and govern labor deployment while advancing automation and analytics across the field fleet.

Qualifications

• Deep experience building retail labor models and linking labor to sales and customer impact.
• Proven ability to run structured pilots and translate results into action.
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets and BI tool proficiency.
• Experience leveraging AI or advanced analytics to automate workflows or improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the labor framework connecting labor to sales growth and customer conversion.
• Own labor standards across key roles and manage the workforce management rules and logic.
• Analyze day- and hour-level data to optimize labor deployment and schedules.
• Collaborate with Finance, Retail Ops, HR and Field leadership to align planning and incentives.
• Lead continuous improvement of workforce planning, scheduling, payroll forecasting and deployment.
