NAPA Auto Parts seeks an experienced People Director to lead the HR and Talent Management strategy for the Midwest division. The role is remote with Midwest coverage and travel requirements, reporting to senior leadership.

You will drive succession planning, upskilling, a strong talent pipeline, and data-driven HR initiatives across stores. Strong collaboration with VP of Stores and cross-functional partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in HR generalist/leadership roles with senior partners.
• Experience supervising staff and implementing HR strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR and Talent Management strategy aligned with company vision.
• Drive succession planning, upskilling and talent pipelines.
• Partner with leadership to execute engagement, performance and workforce plans.
• Develop and implement policies, training and compliance across sites.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, Compensation, and Benefits functions.
• Integrate supply chain considerations into HR practices.
