Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• 7+ years of HR generalist or related leadership experience with senior leaders.
• Experience with talent management, compensation, benefits, and HR technology.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR strategy across the Midwest region.
• Provide strategic consulting on people and organization development.
• Lead HR operations including data analytics, succession planning, and policy interpretation.
