Job summary

Sustainable Fisheries Partnership (SFP) is seeking a People & Culture Generalist to support global HR operations from a remote role based in the US Eastern Time Zone. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee experience, performance processes, compliance, benefits administration, and relations across a distributed workforce.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in human resources.
• 3+ years of HR generalist-type experience.
• Experience supporting the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and performance processes.
• Experience working with EOR/PEO providers and remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Administer employee lifecycle activities and HR policies.
• Support payroll, benefits, and time-off administration with EOR/PEO partners.
• Maintain HRIS data, reporting, and organizational charts.
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
