Chainlink Labs is seeking a senior People Business Partner who acts as the Chief People Officer for their teams, embedded across business units. You will drive performance management, levelling, and compensation programs while gathering frontline feedback for leadership action.

All roles at Chainlink Labs are global and remote-based; overlap EST hours if possible. The role emphasizes AI awareness and data-driven decision making with deep empathy for colleagues.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a top-tier PBP in a similar PBP model.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced technology company.
• Experience supporting engineering and/or Product orgs.
• Deep expertise with, curiosity about, and true vision for AI and how it is changing.
• A default orientation toward business outputs, data-driven decisions, and empathy for team members.

Responsibilities

• Refining and guiding the development of People programs essential for success (levelling, promotions, performance cycles).
• Driving organizational strategies such as workforce planning and organizational design.
• Collaborating with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards to uplift People Team execution.
