Responsibilities

• Partner with senior Engineering leaders to define hiring strategy and role calibration.
• Own full-cycle recruitment for complex, high-impact roles in Web3.
• Design and improve structured hiring practices.
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines using sourcing strategies.
• Advise on compensation and market trends.
• Drive offers end-to-end including close for senior candidates.
• Contribute to employer branding in Web3 ecosystem.
