Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders within Engineering to define hiring strategy and role calibration.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-impact roles in technical Web3 domains.
• Design and improve structured hiring practices across teams.
• Build and nurture high-quality talent pipelines using market insights.
• Advise on talent trends, compensation expectations, and competitive positioning.
• Lead end-to-end offer processes and closing strategies for senior candidates.
• Contribute to employer branding and storytelling in the Web3 ecosystem.
