• Strong stakeholder management. Able to influence and challenge hiring decisions.

• Resilience and consistency through tough hiring cycles.
• Interest in Web3, crypto, or deeply technical domains.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering and leadership to define hiring strategy and role calibration.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-impact technical roles in Web3.
• Design and improve structured hiring practices.
• Build and nurture high-quality talent pipelines with market insights.
• Advise on compensation trends and competitive positioning.
• Drive end-to-end offers for senior and hard-to-close candidates.
• Contribute to employer branding and storytelling in the Web3 ecosystem.
