Job summary

A leading HR solutions provider is hiring a Sales professional to develop new clients and enhance their PEO products in the United States. In this role, you will analyze client needs, present tailored solutions, and manage customer accounts. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in HR. Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Outside sales and/or Paychex PEO experience.
• Experience with employee benefits, HR, and/or training helpful.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing prospects' needs and interests for appropriate product recommendations.
• Presenting Paychex PEO products to decision makers.
• Managing and advancing accounts in the CRM system.
• Collaborating with sales representatives for referral opportunities.
