Job summary

Rightway is seeking an Account Executive to lead PBM client relationships, deliver high-quality pharmacy benefits, and drive client satisfaction. You will manage key client touchbases, coordinate with implementation, and lead quarterly and annual reviews.

You will gather enrollment requirements, educate clients on Rightway PBM solutions, and collaborate with operations and vendor partners to meet contractual obligations. Remote or Dallas, TX options are available.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in pharmacy operations or PBM-related roles.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Experience managing complex client accounts and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall relationship with assigned PBM clients and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and internal account team members about ongoing operations.
• Lead client meetings, including quarterly and annual business reviews.
• Coordinate with Implementation Team for smooth transitions from implementation to post-launch management.
• Gather client requirements for annual open enrollment and benefit changes.
• Participate in webinars and trainings to educate clients on Rightway PBM solutions; travel to client sites may be required.
• Identify trends and work with operations and vendors to mitigate risks.
• Ensure deliverables are met and communicated timely; track issues and risks.
• Support standardization across accounts and contribute to production and operational improvements.
• Provide ongoing support by interpreting plan design and resolving inquiries.
