Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is hiring an Account Executive - Remote to manage multiple client relationships within an assigned market. You will drive renewals, optimize pharmacy spend, and align Prime’s strategies with client goals.

The role requires 5 years of client service experience with 2 years in sales or account management in healthcare or PBM, and you must be eligible to work in the US. Strong relationship, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, healthcare administration or related area of study; HS diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED required.
• 5 years of client service work experience to include 2 years of sales and/or account management experience in healthcare or PBM industry
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain key relationships with Plan's account and pharmacy teams, and with corresponding consultants/brokers; understand industry trends, priorities, and adopted products to influence strategic plans.
• Drive master account plans and ensure client engagement, satisfaction, and cross-functional alignment; ensure contract compliance and measurement of deliverables.
• Establish internal relationships to advocate for client interests and drive enterprise solutions that meet Prime and client priorities; support member and client service excellence.
• Lead client meetings with objectives, prep, materials, and documentation; coordinate across teams to ensure follow-through and high client satisfaction.
• Lead proactive consultative efforts with account teams to maximize pharmacy spend through renewals and expanded product adoption.
• Educate groups on industry topics, product developments, and competitive landscape; provide collateral and support for sales; assist with audits, presentations, visits, and health fairs as needed.
• Manage end-to-end RFP process for renewals, including contract renewal plans; analyze language and mitigate conflicting terms.
• Document interactions in Salesforce CRM with meeting notes, decisions, risks, next steps, and responsible parties; ensure Salesforce data quality for client relationships.
