Rightway is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee a PBM client portfolio. You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive high client satisfaction while ensuring deliverables align with contracts.

You will lead client meetings, support open enrollment activities, and partner with implementation for a seamless post-launch handoff. Strong PBM and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5–8 years in pharmacy operations.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication & stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational management for PBM clients and track inquiries.
• Serve as primary operational contact for client inquiries.
• Co-lead client meetings, including quarterly/annual reviews.
• Partner with Implementation for seamless onboarding handoff.
• Gather and manage client requirements for annual open enrollment.
• Facilitate client webinars and education sessions; travel may be required.
• Identify trends and drive corrective and preventative actions.
• Monitor deliverables against contractual obligations and surface risks.
• Support cross-functional initiatives to standardize operations.
