Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Payroll Tax Processor to resolve complex payroll tax issues across notices, amendments, and corrections. You will work within a high-volume environment, ensuring accurate filings and timely responses while mentoring peers.

The role emphasizes independent case ownership, strong technical depth, and collaboration with Corrections, Amendments, Pay & File, and Notice teams. This is an hourly, part-time position with overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years hands-on payroll tax experience with notices, amendments and corrections.
• Experience resolving State and Federal payroll tax notices independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle payroll tax case work for assigned accounts, including filings and payments.
• Research and resolve complex state and federal payroll tax notices to closure.
• Prepare amended payroll tax returns (Form 941-X, state equivalents) independently.
• Assist with payroll correction workflows and document audit trails.
• Manage WIP queue and SLA-based prioritization.
• Conduct trend analysis to identify process or system deficiencies.
• Contribute to SOPs/KB updates and collaborate cross-functionally.
