Remote is seeking a Payroll Specialist Lead to join our Global Payroll Operations Team. You will manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with Finance, Product and Engineers.

This role requires deep knowledge of payroll practices and the ability to work asynchronously at a fast pace. You should be fluent in English, comfortable with international payroll complexities, and ready to mentor colleagues while upholding our pay equity and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Knowledge of payroll best practices.
• Proficient with Excel and Google Suite.
• Fluent English; comfortable with asynchronous work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for the country.
• Process full end-to-end payroll in-house; handle filings, exceptions, approvals and payments.
• Ensure data integrity and quality.
• Payroll journals and reconciliations.
• Focus on KPIs and SLAs.
• Mentor payroll specialists; back up regional managers during absences.
