Job summary

Qualifications

• Five+ years of payroll experience including Workday payroll.
• Three years of Workday payroll experience or equivalent.
• Ability to clear required background checks.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing for biweekly exempt/non-exempt employees using Workday and OSV.
• Review timekeeping records for accuracy and compliance.
• Handle tax notices and state/local registrations; process adjustments.
• Reconcile payroll period-to-period and ensure proper withholdings.
• Maintain payroll records in line with SOX controls and audit readiness.
• Resolve payroll issues promptly via ticketing system within SLA (24–48h).
• Support year-end activities and ad hoc projects as needed.
