Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end Payroll processing for biweekly, multi-state employees using Workday and OSV.
• Reconcile payroll from period to period and review prorated wages/deductions.
• Ensure accurate tax withholdings and understand reciprocity rules.
• Handle tax notices and manage state/local registrations in collaboration with OSV.
• Maintain payroll records in SOX-compliant manner and support year-end activities.
• Respond to employee inquiries via ticketing system within SLA (24–48h).
