Eurofins is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage weekly and biweekly payroll for US employees using Oracle HCM Cloud and ADP. The role supports garnishments, year-end reporting, and ad hoc payroll tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Remote option available; candidates in commutable distance to Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of payroll administration experience.
• Experience with Multi-State Payrolls.
• Experience with any Payroll System and Accounting programs are preferred.
• Advance Excel skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include data analysis; cloud-based tools such as Teams/SharePoint preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Perform all aspects of the full weekly/bi-weekly payroll process including garnishments, off-cycle payments, weekly variance reconciliation, and time, labor & absence review.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll issues, pay inquiries and policy questions for internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Utilize Oracle HCM Cloud to complete payroll tasks.
• Perform year-end reporting via Oracle and ADP, including W-2 and W-2C processing.
• Assist with planning and integration of new companies and system/process improvements.
