Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage weekly and biweekly US payroll using Oracle HCM Cloud and ADP, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multi-state payrolls. This role supports garnishments, off-cycle payments, and year-end reporting while providing customer service to internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid remote setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years of payroll administration experience.
• Experience with Multi-State Payrolls.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and ADP preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of the full weekly/bi-weekly payroll process, including garnishment processing, off-cycle payments, weekly variance reconciliation and time, labor & absence review.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll issues, employee pay inquiries and payroll policy questions for internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Utilize Oracle HCM Cloud to complete payroll tasks.
• Perform year-end reporting via Oracle and ADP, including W-2/W-2C processing and reconciliation reviews.
• Assist with planning and integration of new companies; recommend system/process improvements.
