Responsibilities include calculating wages, overtime, deductions and taxes, resolving discrepancies, and preparing payroll reports. Strong Excel, UKG or Workday experience and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional payroll experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with UKG or Workday.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll across multiple states ensuring accuracy.
• Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and taxes.
• Review data for accuracy before processing.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and support audits.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve issues.
