Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst based in the United States to lead multi-state US and Canadian payroll processing across the US and Canada with exposure to international payroll operations.

You will own UKG Pro (UltiPro) and Workforce Management Dimensions configuration, drive process improvements, and ensure accurate and timely payments while collaborating with HR, Benefits, Accounting, HRIS, and external providers across countries.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years hands-on payroll experience, incl. 3+ years with UKG Pro (UltiPro).
• Experience processing multi-state US and Canadian payroll.
• Experience coordinating international payroll via third-party providers.
• Growing, multi-country org with 700+ employees.
• Able to run payroll independently and troubleshoot issues.
• Document payroll processes and improve workflows.
• Understand payroll taxation, compliance, and internal controls.
• Strong Excel and Google Workspace skills.
• Bachelor's degree; CPP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own accurate US and Canadian payroll processing (bi-weekly, off-cycle, manual checks).
• Serve as UKG Pro and Dimensions expert, configure and troubleshoot.
• Optimize UKG setup to reduce manual workarounds and improve controls.
• Create and maintain payroll procedures for repeatable processes.
• Coordinate with international payroll providers for UK, Australia, Germany, India.
• Reconcile payroll to GL and support audits and reviews.
• Maintain payroll controls including approvals and segregation of duties.
• Process employee changes and ensure correct data flow between HRIS and payroll.
• Manage state tax registrations and payroll tax filings.
• Collaborate with Benefits and HR Partners on deductions and open enrollment.
