Job summary

Beyondsoft is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our US team and deliver accurate multi-state payroll processing. You will process bi-weekly payroll, manage adjustments, garnishments, and compliance while educating employees on policies.

A strong Excel background, attention to detail, and confidentiality are essential to success. You will collaborate with HR and Accounting, support onboarding, and look for ways to automate and streamline payroll tasks.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of payroll processing experience.
• ADP WFN experience preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Commitment to customer service and ownership for results.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
• Detail oriented with focus on accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and timely.
• Enter salary adjustments, commissions, bonuses, and leave data.
• Review wages and correct errors to ensure earnings accuracy.
• Handle wage garnishments and court-ordered payments and report to authorities.
• Assist employees with payroll questions and policies.
• Onboard employees and process status changes (hires, salary changes, terminations).
• Maintain employee files in SharePoint/Cloud.
• Collaborate with HR and Accounting on payroll analysis.
• Identify and implement process automation to improve efficiency.
• Perform quarterly deduction audits and other tasks as assigned.
