Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Sr. Payroll Practitioner to process and maintain payroll for U.S.-based locations in Florham Park, NJ. The role requires accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing and responsive support to employees and managers.

Responsibilities include multi-state payroll, tax compliance, timecard reviews, audits, and collaboration with Benefits and HR teams. Prior HRIS experience (Workday/UKG) and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as a Payroll Practitioner in U.S. payroll.
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes and regulations.
• Experience with wage attachments/garnishments.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (Workday or similar).

Responsibilities

• Process accurate weekly/biweekly U.S. payroll for 800+ employees.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Review timecards and payroll inputs for accuracy and timeliness.
• Audit payroll results and resolve discrepancies.
• Administer withholding orders and maintain confidential records.
