Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a reliable Remote Payroll Administrator to assist with payroll processing, deductions, and record management across multiple U.S. states. The role is remote with a Monday–Friday schedule, occasional overtime, and dual PT/FT options.

Applicants should have at least two years of multi-state payroll experience, strong data entry skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Two years of multi-state payroll experience is required.
• Must understand payroll deductions, garnishments, and adjustments.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and payroll systems; able to enter data accurately.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to work remotely and meet deadlines.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process and review biweekly payroll for accuracy and timely payments.
• Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation.
• Respond to employee questions about paychecks, deductions, and payment corrections.
• Update benefit deductions and process approved payroll adjustments.
• Manage wage garnishments and other withholding orders.
• Investigate payroll discrepancies and coordinate corrections.
• Assist with employment and income verification requests.
• Support payroll reporting, account reconciliation, and system updates.
• Maintain the confidentiality of employee and payroll information.
