The role requires at least two years of multi-state payroll experience, proficiency with spreadsheets and payroll systems, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment while upholding confidentiality. Monday through Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of multi-state payroll experience.
• Knowledge of payroll deductions, garnishments, and payroll adjustments.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, data entry, and payroll systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a remote environment.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll for accuracy and on-time payments.
• Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation.
• Respond to employee pay questions, deductions, and corrections.
• Update benefit deductions and process payroll adjustments.
• Manage wage garnishments and other withholding orders.
• Investigate payroll discrepancies and coordinate corrections.
• Assist with employment and income verification requests.
• Support payroll reporting, account reconciliation, and system updates.
• Maintain the confidentiality of payroll information.
