Job summary

Randa Apparel & Accessories is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Farmers Branch, TX, to join a hands-on payroll team. You will process payroll for multiple entities across U.S. states and Canada, handle timekeeping data, deductions, and taxes, and resolve payroll inquiries with discretion.

The role offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) and opportunities to grow into broader payroll responsibilities while maintaining strong controls and customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on payroll processing experience.
• Experience processing payroll in ADP Workforce Now or similar platform.
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll requirements and multi-site responsibilities.
• Experience with hourly and salaried payroll including time data, deductions, taxes.
• Strong reconciliation, problem-solving, and attention to detail; confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process assigned payrolls from start to finish in ADP Workforce Now.
• Support payrolls for multiple companies, locations, and pay schedules.
• Perform pre/post-processing reviews, reconcile registers, investigate anomalies.
• Process off-cycle payments and ensure proper approvals and controls.
• Answer payroll questions clearly and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Apply federal, state, and local payroll requirements and stay compliant.
