Job summary

Randa Apparel & Accessories in the United States is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join the payroll team. You will manage accurate, timely payroll processing across multiple legal entities and U.S.

states, and Canada, supporting hourly and salaried employees in corporate, distribution, and retail environments. This hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) requires ADP Workforce Now experience, strong multi-state knowledge, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience processing payroll in ADP Workforce Now or similar platform; direct ADP Workforce Now preferred.
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll requirements and ability to support multiple entities/groups.

Responsibilities

• Process assigned payrolls end-to-end across multiple entities and states.
• Support hourly and salaried employees in corporate, distribution, and retail operations.
• Perform pre/post-processing reviews, reconcile payroll registers, and resolve discrepancies.
