Qualifications

• 1-3 years of payroll experience.
• ADP experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll and payroll adjustments.
• Maintain employee payroll data in ADP.
• Review timecards for accuracy and compliance.
• Research and resolve payroll-related questions.
• Reconcile payroll reports and deductions.
• Support benefits administration and employment verifications.
• Assist with I-9 compliance, audits, and HR recordkeeping.
• Help with HR projects and administrative support as needed.
