Job summary

TSP talent is seeking a full-time Payroll Support Specialist to join the Finance team. You will process payroll for multiple companies, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for employees, resolve payroll issues, and provide HR support related to the ADP system.

Qualifications

• 2-year college degree or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state tax laws and multi-state payrolls.
• Strong communication and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll across multiple companies accurately and on time.
• Serve as the main contact for employees and resolve payroll issues.
• Provide HR support related to the ADP system and suggest process improvements.
