TCWGlobal is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support remote, semi-monthly payroll for hundreds of employees across multiple states using ADP Workforce Now. The role emphasizes payroll review, discrepancy resolution, and close collaboration with HR and Accounting.

The ideal candidate has deep payroll knowledge, can operate with limited training, and is capable of quick learning in Travere’s processes. Strong Excel and ADP experience are expected, with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of hands-on payroll experience.
• Experience processing semi-monthly payroll for salaried and hourly employees.
• Some experience supporting multi-state payroll.
• Hands-on experience with payroll review, entries, and adjustments.
• Experience reviewing timesheets and calculating overtime/double-time.
• Experience with LOAs and leaves of absence.
• Experience with payroll reconciliations and variance research.
• Experience with Excel in payroll analysis and reconciliation.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and payroll reporting.
• Experience with year-end payroll and W-2 review.

Responsibilities

• Process semi-monthly payroll for several hundred employees using ADP Workforce Now.
• Review payroll entries for accuracy before finalization.
• Perform first-level review and identify discrepancies.
• Compare payroll previews with prior payrolls for accuracy.
• Review earnings, deductions, taxes, benefits, and adjustments.
• Handle timesheets and calculate overtime for non-exempt staff.
• Coordinate with HR on LOAs and leaves of absence.
• Process new hires, terminations, and status changes for payroll.
• Assist with supplemental payroll runs when needed.
• Ensure payroll docs are complete and archived per process.
