Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients and referral sources using telephone, direct mail, and local marketing programs
• Schedule and conduct meetings with new prospects via calls, email campaigns, and marketing programs
• Present Paychex payroll products to final decision makers and end users to educate them on services and convert to clients
• Complete and submit accurate new business paperwork and reports to assist forecasting
• Analyze customer needs to determine appropriate products and refer as needed
• Develop sales skills and keep up-to-date with Paychex product initiatives and industry trends
• Expedite resolution of customer problems to ensure client satisfaction
• Achieve unit and revenue expectations
