Job summary

Audacy is seeking a Payroll Team Services Specialist to join Corporate Finance. This fully remote role requires EST hours and will handle biweekly and semimonthly payroll in Workday for 500+ employees, maintain data integrity, and respond to HR/payroll inquiries.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years payroll/data processing and 2+ years Workday experience, plus strong customer service and multi-union exposure. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll or data processing experience.
• 2+ years of Workday experience.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• 1+ year of experience with multiple unions (AFTRA, WGA, IBEW).
• Experience with multi-state payroll.
• Experience with employee data or HRIS functionality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Demonstrated integrity and discretion with confidential data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for 500+ employees across states in Workday.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries.
• Prepare earnings, tax deductions and union dues reports for audits.
• Maintain employee data changes in payroll and HRIS systems.
• Adhere to SLA and provide accurate, timely support.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance on Hire-to-Retire processes.
