Job summary

Audacy, Inc. seeks a Payroll Team Services Specialist to process payroll for 500+ employees in Workday. The role handles multi-state payroll, overtime, PTO, and union contributions, with strong customer service as a core focus.

You will respond to employee inquiries, manage data changes, and ensure accuracy while maintaining confidentiality. Hybrid/remote flexibility is offered with EST hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Payroll or data processing work experience.
• 2+ year of Workday experience.
• 1+ year of customer service related work experience.
• 1+ year working with multiple unions (AFTRA, WGA, IBEW).
• Experience with multi state payroll.
• Experience with employee data or HRIS functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Shows integrity and discretion with confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Process multi state payroll for 500+ employees and unions in Workday.
• Perform overtime, PTO, and union contribution calculations.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on earnings, deductions, and dues.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee queries promptly.
• Provide initial resolution support via Zendesk and meetings.
• Process data changes related to payroll, benefits, PTO, and HR transactions.
• Assist employees updating personal information in Workday.
• Adhere to SLA for consistent customer service.
• Manage documents supporting changes (contracts, CBAs, offers).
• Collaborate with SMEs to resolve complex inquiries.
• Contribute to team projects and process improvements.
