Job summary

Audacy, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Team Services Specialist to support biweekly and semimonthly payroll processing in Workday. You will ensure data integrity, respond to employee inquiries, and collaborate with HR and Finance to drive Hire-to-Retire processes.

The role requires 2+ years payroll or data processing experience, Workday expertise, and strong communication skills. This remote position follows EST hours and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll or data processing experience.
• 2+ years of Workday experience.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• 1+ year of experience with multiple unions (AFTRA, WGA, IBEW).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees in Workday.
• Perform overtime, PTO, and union contributions calculations.
• Prepare periodic financial reports on earnings, taxes, and dues.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee queries.
• Provide resolution support via Zendesk and meetings.
• Update employee data in payroll and HRIS systems.
