OneDigital is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support biweekly and monthly payroll in Workday. You will coordinate compensation data, resolve payroll inquiries, and support tax compliance and year-end processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business administration or other related business major required.
• Minimum of 2 years of payroll experience preferred.
• Experience in PEO, HCM, or related industry is required for remote consideration.
• Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Workday Payroll software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the preparation of payroll for employees paid biweekly and monthly frequencies in Workday Payroll.
• Enters and maintains OnDemand payroll records upon Management approval.
• Serves as main point of contact for payroll & troubleshoots payroll-related issues.
• Performs data entry tasks related to payroll and benefits.
• Follows up on withholding orders and other non-tax correspondence from government authorities.
• Provides ad hoc payroll reporting and other documentation to Finance, HR, and other authorized parties.
• Audits payroll data to ensure accuracy.
• Communicates and works with 3rd party payroll partners as needed.
• Additional responsibilities assigned by management.
