Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support biweekly and monthly payroll cycles in Workday. You will communicate with Finance, HR, and employees regarding compensation information and ensure accurate payroll processing.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years payroll experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Workday Payroll experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly and monthly payroll in Workday.
• Enter and maintain OnDemand payroll records.
• Serve as main contact for payroll issues.
• Perform data entry for payroll and benefits.
• Follow up on withholding orders and non-tax notices.
• Provide ad hoc payroll reporting to Finance and HR.
• Audit payroll data for accuracy.
• Coordinate with third-party payroll partners.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
