Qualifications

• At least 2 years of payroll experience across states.
• Familiarity with payroll inputs and adjustments.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Enter and review payroll inputs, including earnings, deductions, adjustments, and other approved changes.
• Review new-hire profiles for accurate work state and local tax setup; coordinate corrections as needed.
• Respond to employee payroll questions and route complex issues to the appropriate team member.
• Assist with processing off-cycle payments and other payroll corrections.
• Serve as a payroll processor when needed, following established procedures and deadlines.
• Maintain organized payroll records, including faxed and mailed documents, in accordance with company procedures.
• Assist with year-end payroll preparation, including data review and employee communication as assigned.
• Work with Benefits and HRIS to resolve payroll-related data or process issues.
• Protect confidential employee and payroll information.
• Perform other payroll and administrative duties as assigned.
