Job summary

AHU Technologies Inc. is seeking a Payroll Consultant to join our remote team serving clients across the United States.

You will manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple client accounts, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payments across varying frequencies. Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of hands-on payroll experience, proficiency with UKG Pro, ADP or Workday, and strong client communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience.
• Experience managing payroll for multiple clients.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state U.S. payroll and taxes.
• Experience with weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, and monthly frequencies.
• Experience with UKG Pro, ADP, or Workday.
• Strong reconciliation, deductions, earnings, and adjustments knowledge.
• Ability to manage deadlines with accuracy.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for multiple client accounts.
• Process payroll for weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, and monthly cycles.
• Review earnings, deductions, tax withholdings; adjust as needed.
• Reconcile data and ensure accuracy before transmission.
• Handle off-cycle payrolls, bonuses, corrections.
• Serve as primary payroll contact for clients; manage schedules.
• Support tax filings, amendments, and year-end reporting.
• Maintain payroll configurations and documentation.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Track time and meet billable targets.
