Job summary

ProcareHR is seeking a UKG Ready Implementation & Payroll Solutions Consultant for a remote role in the United States. You will lead end-to-end UKG Ready payroll implementations, own the audit and parallel payroll process, and work closely with clients to ensure go-live accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of UKG Ready experience in payroll configuration, can run parallel payrolls, troubleshoot discrepancies, and manage client-facing projects from kickoff to deployment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on UKG Ready experience in payroll configuration and implementation.
• Experience running parallel payrolls and/or payroll audits during a system implementation or conversion.
• Strong knowledge of payroll fundamentals: gross-to-net, multi-state withholdings, garnishments and deductions.
• Ability to troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and communicate findings to diverse audiences.
• Experience managing client-facing implementation projects with timelines and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with UKG Ready payroll implementations end to end.
• Own the audit and parallel payroll process prior to go-live.
• Build, test, and troubleshoot inside UKG Ready with clients.
• Manage project timelines and stakeholder communications.
