Mosaic Consulting Group, based in Nashville, TN, seeks a remote Payroll Consultant to deliver accurate, timely payroll for multiple clients across weekly to monthly frequencies. You will ensure compliance, manage client relationships, and drive efficiency in a multi-state environment.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5+ years of multi-client payroll processing, proficiency with UKG Pro, ADP or Workday, and a strong eye for detail. Remote role with flexible, client-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of multi-client payroll processing experience.
• Experience with multi-frequency payroll processing.
• Multi-state payroll tax knowledge.
• Experience with payroll systems (UKG preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for multiple clients with varying frequencies.
• Act as primary payroll contact for client portfolio and manage timelines.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; assist with year-end tasks.
