Job summary

Procare HR is hiring a Payroll Implementation Specialist for a remote, nationwide role. You will own client payroll implementations, test payroll modules, and train users while driving process improvements.

A background in PEO or Shared Services, deep payroll system knowledge, and a passion for helping others are essential. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in payroll administration or analytics, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and UKG Ready experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, finance, accounting or related field.
• 5+ years in payroll administration, analytics or payroll system development.
• 3+ years in payroll management, data analytics or related field.
• Familiar with payroll processes: auditing, calculations, withholdings, timekeeping.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS platforms; UKG Ready experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR Shared Services preferred.

• Lead successful implementation of client payroll services and modules.
• Serve as primary payroll contact and SME for clients.
• Train clients and internal users; drive process improvements and issue resolution.
