Qualifications

• Understanding of payroll processing, wage calculations, deductions, and records.
• Experience reviewing timesheets, maintaining records, and handling confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing employee payroll, including wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Review timesheets and attendance records for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records and payment information.
• Verify payroll data and identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Assist with calculating wages, deductions, and payroll adjustments.
• Prepare payroll reports and supporting documentation.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay statements and schedules.
• Support administration of tax forms and benefits deductions.
• Maintain confidentiality and payroll policies.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with payroll audits and record-keeping for reporting and compliance.
• Monitor payroll deadlines and suggest workflow improvements.
