Job summary

BW Corporate US is seeking a Payroll Analyst to administer day-to-day payroll operations and ensure accurate bi-weekly processing. Under the Payroll Director, you will serve as a key back-up and resource for employees and cross-functional teams.

You will work with Dayforce, support ongoing payroll activities, and participate in audits and tax compliance across states, helping improve SOPs and system performance while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CPP/FPC preferred.
• 5–7 years of full cycle payroll processing.
• Experience with Dayforce and Workday is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for multiple states.
• Serve as payroll system backup and support team.
• Ensure compliance with IRS/state laws and reporting.
• Collaborate on payroll projects and process improvements.
• Assist with tax registrations and related issues.
